For the LORD will not abandon His people on account
of His great name, because the LORD has been pleased to make you a people for
Himself.

Spoken through the last judge/prophet Samuel, here is
God’s promise to be with and take care of His people Israel forever. You and I
are not a part of Israel but we are His people. God is watching you, providing
and protecting you, and keeping you for Himself. Better than your earthly father,
God is taking care of your every breath.
