How lovely on the
mountains
Are the feet of him who brings good news,

The people of Israel looked forward to the Messiah and Isaiah
is telling them to anticipate the coming of every gospel messenger (the one who
brings good news). He also succinctly states the message in a great cry of
happiness with and salvation through God. Brother and sister, your God reigns!
