The “this” refers to Israel’s crossing the Jordan as it had the Red Sea on dry ground; God’s deliverance of His people, which is to be a sign to all nations of His power. That sign is to remind all to fear (have reverence for) God. Do you reverence God, friend, or do you believe you know better than He does?
