Trusting God

God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble.
Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change
And though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea.

Psalms 46:1-2

Last week my wife Carol was driving by herself when the truck hit some ice and the truck stopped upside down off the road. She received only some minimal whiplash, bruises, and a minor cut as she was helped out of the vehicle. She was immediately aware of God’s help in her trouble; as was I in the two hours it took to reach her. We still praise God for her life. He is our refuge and strength. Trust Him with your life; ultimately it’s His anyway.
