“I, even I, am the LORD, And there is
no savior besides Me. It is I who have declared and saved and proclaimed, And
there was no strange god among you; So you are My witnesses,” declares the LORD,
“And I am God.” - Isaiah 43:11-12
In these verses, God is in the midst of trying to reclaim
the nation as His own. He wants them because those He redeems are His glory and
He wants Israel. They, unfortunately, barely listen to His prophet Isaiah let
alone respond. You and I have been like those people. We know God is there, but
we just do not listen to Him. Learn to listen to God 24/7/365. You’ll be better
off.
